Temporary inboxes
Addresses, tokens, and incoming messages are used only for the current inbox task and handled according to the mailbox lifetime and system cleanup cycle.
This notice explains what data we process to provide temporary inboxes and forwarding controls, how long we retain it, and what you can do. Last updated: August 21, 2026.
Addresses, tokens, and incoming messages are used only for the current inbox task and handled according to the mailbox lifetime and system cleanup cycle.
Aliases and email archives for logged-in users support ongoing forwarding and can be managed or deleted from the dashboard.
We do not sell email content or build advertising profiles from email messages.
For privacy requests, email support@relaytmp.com and include the relevant address and the scope of your request.
This notice applies to disposable email addresses, email forwarding aliases, the login dashboard, and public content pages on relaytmp.com. How third-party websites handle an address you enter is governed by their own policies.
Temporary email features process generated addresses, mailbox access tokens, expiration times, sender details, and email messages and attachments. Forwarding features also process your login email, created aliases, forwarding status, and archive activity.
We use this information to receive, display, or forward emails you expect, maintain sessions, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot delivery problems. We do not use email content for marketing unrelated to your request to receive or forward mail or to protect the service.
Providing the receiving or forwarding service you request is the primary basis for processing necessary data. We process security logs and apply rate limits based on our legitimate interests in maintaining service integrity, preventing fraud, and protecting other users.
Temporary addresses are designed for short-term use and should not be treated as permanent storage. After the countdown ends, an address may stop receiving mail or become unrecoverable, and related messages enter automatic cleanup. Save anything important in time.
Your verification login email identifies your dashboard account and receives login codes; incoming alias mail is forwarded according to your settings. Archives are used by default for troubleshooting and management for the most recent 30 days. Deleting an alias does not guarantee that address records saved by third parties will also disappear.
We may record timestamps, IP addresses, browser information, API results, and unusual request rates to block automated abuse and diagnose problems. Log access is permission-controlled, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
This site uses browser local storage to save temporary mailbox credentials, forwarding login tokens, and workflow state so you can continue after refreshing. You can clear site data, but doing so may immediately remove access to an unexpired inbox or dashboard session.
Hosting, network, and email infrastructure providers may process data as needed to deliver the service. We require them to process it only for agreed purposes and to use safeguards appropriate to the risks.
Email senders, network nodes, and infrastructure may be located in different countries or regions, so data may cross borders. We use contracts, access controls, and data minimization where required, but we cannot control where a sender is located.
You can pause or delete aliases, remove visible records, log out, and request access, correction, or deletion through our support email. We may need to verify your control of the relevant login email or address, and may retain necessary security records where required by law.
This site is not designed for children who cannot use it without supervision. If a guardian believes a child has submitted personal information, please contact us. We will publish important changes on this page; send questions or requests to support@relaytmp.com.
