Terms of Service & Use Boundaries

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using RelayTmp, you accept these terms; if you disagree, stop using the service. You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement and comply with the laws and rules applicable where you are located and to the target service.

2. Service description

We provide short-term temporary inboxes, email forwarding aliases after sign-in, and related archive management. We do not provide sending services and do not promise that any third-party website will accept our domain.

3. Temporary email limits

Temporary email addresses have a defined validity period. After expiration, the address or messages may not be recoverable. Do not use them for financial, medical, government, work-related primary accounts, or any important identity that requires long-term recovery.

4. Forwarding aliases and accounts

Use an email account you control to receive sign-in codes, and protect your session tokens and two-step verification codes. Suspending or deleting an alias may cause later messages to be discarded; we are not required to restore a deleted identity.

5. Acceptable use

You may perform feature testing, short-term registration verification, and subscription isolation within the scope of lawful authorization. Testing must be limited to systems you own or are expressly permitted to test, and must not affect other users or networks.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the service for fraud, spam, tracking, harassment, infringement, malware delivery, or evading third-party rules. Do not probe or compromise service security, or use scripts to create loads beyond normal personal use.

7. Content and attachments

Emails are sent by third parties, and we neither endorse nor control their content. Verify the source and perform security checks before opening links or attachments. Report clearly illegal content to support@relaytmp.com.

8. Quotas and fair use

We may set limits on the number of addresses, request frequency, mailbox lifetime, archive retention, and attachment size to maintain fairness and security. Quotas may change based on risk and service capacity; the current limits shown in the interface take precedence.

9. Suspension and termination

If we detect a violation of these terms, a security risk, a legal request, or sustained abnormal traffic, we may rate-limit, suspend, delete data, or block access. Emergency action may occur without advance notice. If you believe this was an error, explain the situation through the support email.

10. Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” and may be interrupted by maintenance, network failures, or anti-abuse measures. We will work to maintain core functionality, but do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, continuously available, or fit for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for temporary address failure, delayed mail, third-party rejection, data not being saved in time, or indirect losses. You are responsible for reasonable claims and costs arising from your unlawful use, violation of others’ rights, or breach of these terms.

12. Law, changes, and contact

Disputes should first be addressed in good-faith discussions through our support channel and are subject to the mandatory laws applicable where the service operator is based.
